Introducing the first ever beer label competition! The Craft Beer world has so much great art and design work on bottles and cans that we decided breweries and artists needed some recognition for it. In the lobby of the MCL Grand Theater the inaugural winners of the The Brewdies will be on display for all to see.
We’ve got a few hot-shot judges, namely the creator of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Kevin Eastman. So … it’s a pretty big deal.
Established as a 100% for charity beer festivalin North Texas benefitting Cloud 9 Charities.
Since our inception we have donated over $275,000 to local charities: Metroport Meals on Wheels, MHMR, Touched by Suicide, Rachel’s Challenge, Special Abilities of North Texas, Youth and Family Counseling, NightTime Rescue, and many more.

Our festival will always feature hot, as well as, up and coming Texas musicians. Both main stage and acoustic stage are in Ferguson Park along with our Sponsored Breweries.

Over the years, Cloud 9 Charities has supported several organizations, mostly in Denton County. The organizations that receive our greatest consideration are those that support children, seniors, the abused, and the homeless. In order for a non-profit agency to be eligible to receive funding from Cloud 9 Charities, it must be in need of additional funds in order to serve local, Denton county families. From its inception, Cloud 9 Charities has raised in excess of $2.6 Million for these beneficiaries through the generosity of local sponsors, volunteers, event attendees and generous donations. Below are some of the charities that we support. Please click on their logos to learn more about the services they offer families in our community.
